This Privacy Policy describes how Highnote, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your Personal Data, as well as your choices regarding our data practices. “Personal Data” includes information that, on its own or combined with other data we hold, can be used to identify you personally. You can also check out our Privacy Bill of Rights for a more streamline explanation of our data practices.

Please review our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service or providing us with any Personal Data. If you have questions, please contact us at hi@highnote.fm. By using our Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

As we continue to improve our Service, our Privacy Policy may change. We may update our Privacy Policy at any time and will make an effort to notify you of significant changes. However, it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy whenever you use our Service. Your continued use of our Service after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy. The date of the last modification is noted above.

Personal Data We Receive Automatically from Your Use of the Service: When you visit, use, or interact with our Service, we may collect certain information about your activity. This may include the number of visitors, peak visit times, pages visited, the domains visitors arrive from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com), the browsers used (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge), and geographic location data. The following information may be automatically generated and logged in our systems:

  • Log Data: Information automatically sent by your browser when you visit our Service, including your IP address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and your interactions with our Service.

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze usage patterns. For more information on how Google handles this data, please see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals: Our Service and third-party providers, such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram, may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies to gather information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites to deliver targeted ads. Currently, our Service does not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and operates as outlined in this Privacy Policy, regardless of whether a DNT signal is received. If we begin responding to DNT signals in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Your Choices: Most web browsers have a "help" section that provides instructions on how to receive notifications when a new cookie is set or how to disable cookies altogether. For guidance on adjusting your browser settings, please see the links below for popular browsers:

Limiting cookies may prevent you from accessing certain parts of our Service or using its full functionality. Advertising networks may collect Personal Data through cookies, but most offer options to opt out of targeted ads. For more information and to opt out, visit the Network Advertising Initiative.

If you use our Service on a mobile device, your ability to control tracking technologies may be limited by your device settings.
